Meditation reduces stress and raises Serotonin levels in your brain to calm you and help you feel more relaxed. ⁠



Bryan and I meditate three times per day. That may seem impossible to you now, but we started where we were - with no meditation practice. We began with a small 5-minute chunk at night right before we went to sleep. Then we increased it, until today we are deep meditators and even use it to manifest greater joy, abundance, and love in our lives.⁠
