It's ALL within you.
You are what you've been searching for -- believe that, and your life will change. Go inward. Go in deep....find that cord of only you. It pulses straight up and down inside your core. I see it as a white, almost blindingly white thick cord.
How?
Meditate in an upright and seated position. Close your eyes. Place your hands, palms up, on your upper thighs. Pointer finger to thumb mudra. Breathe. Six rounds of in breath and six rounds of fully out breath. Then say your name. You can say it out loud or inside, but repeat your name. The name you were born with - first name is fine.
I say, "Angie, Angie, Angie, Angie, Angie...I Am Angie, Angie..."
As you're saying your name, think that all other energies that aren't you or of your vibration are leaving your energy fields. Keep repeating your name and concentrating on your core cord that goes all the way down your spine and out and into the Earth and all the way up and out of the top of your head and into the ethers.
Finding your core cord might take a while, especially if you are new to meditation. Other times you'll get it immediately. Keep up the practice....you will find yourself. And when you do, you'll know that you are the true healer, guru, love of your life.
Know yourself - then share your pure light.
