Triggers: Returning to Balance.⁠



We all experience triggers in life that throw us back into childhood patterns. Anger, Depression, Sadness, Jealousy, Confusion, and Fear come from stories we created as children to survive situations that were or seemed overwhelming. ⁠



You are human. We will help your Whole Human Self heal from past traumas and allow new ways of being to emerge.⁠



Old patterns protected you when no one else could or would. We respect these ways of being, but as we mature sometimes we do not realize these patterns are still running the show. 



We help guide you to see your patterns, evaluate them and question their worth now. You are always in charge of your healing, growth, or change. We support you in your process, not forcing or expecting.
